Dormitories
The Grand Bay NERR Dormitory was established to provide support and accommodations to persons/groups conducting research, education and stewardship projects consistent with the conservation objectives of the NERR.
Reservations are required to be made at least one week in advance in order to stay in the NERR Dormitory and must be approved by the Reserve Manager or designee. In order to make a reservation, please fill out the Online Dormitory Registration Form below after reviewing the Grand Bay NERR Dorm Policy. Please bring a signed dorm release form (page 3-4 of dorm policy) with you.
*Note* The legal age of majority (age considered adult) in the state of Mississippi is 21 years of age. Anyone under 21 must have a parent’s signature on the dorm release form.
Once your online registration form is submitted, you should receive a confirmation email within 3 days. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please email or call our office at 228-475-7047. Reservations are not final until a confirmation is received from the NERR. Reservations are on a “first come-first served” basis. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible.
Fee donations are $15.00 per person per night. Maximum length of stay in the dormitory is two weeks, unless otherwise approved by the Reserve Manager.
