This week at Grand Bay:

8th – Whitetail Deer (Odocoileus virginianus), Cottonmouth (Agkistrodon piscivorous), White Ibis (Eudocimus albus) ~30 at the Coastal Resouces Center, Wild Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo)

9th – Southern Leopard Frog (Lithobates sphenocephalus)

10th – Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) juvenile, River Otter (Lutra canadensis), Southeastern Five-lined Skink (Plestidon inexpectatus), Eastern Fox Squirrel (Sciurus niger), White Ibis (Eudocimus albus) ~ 15

12th – HUGE lightening bug, Mud Snake (Farancia abacura), Whitetop Pitcher Plants (Sarracenia leucophylla), blooming
